Welcome to SOT Cloud, a platform provided by SOT Medical Systems that enables secure device connectivity, licensing, and health data management.

By registering for an account or using any part of the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Services Provided

SOT Cloud offers secure device connectivity, license management, and diagnostic services for approved medical devices. These features are currently considered beta and are under active development. Functionality may change, evolve, or be temporarily unavailable as we continue to improve the platform.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You may not share your access credentials or misuse the platform in any way.

4. Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) might be required for security reasons.

5. Data Usage

  • Data collected through your device interactions may include health-related information.
  • All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • By using our services, you grant SOT Medical Systems the unrestricted right to use and process any recorded (anonymized) data for current and future research projects. You acknowledge and agree that you will not have any ownership, rights, or claims to any research, discoveries, or results derived from such data.
  • We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. License and Access

  • Each license is tied to a single device and user.
  • Misuse of licenses or attempts to circumvent licensing restrictions may result in account suspension.

7. Copyright

  • All content, source code, software, branding, and design elements within the SOT Cloud platform are the intellectual property of SOT Medical Systems or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • SOT Medical Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation, and we assume no responsibility for data loss, device damage, or system malfunction.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of abuse or violation of these terms.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any changes.
